In the excitement of finding our community we can often cause ourselves to burn out with an overload of information. This will be a session for you to focus on your wellbeing and share your experience with the ESEA community.

Absolutely no yoga experience necessary, this session will be accessible to most bodies. Please inform me beforehand of any accessibility needs you are concerned about. As an Accessible Yoga Teacher I strive to be as inclusive as possible.

This session is open to all people celebrating ESEA Heritage Month.
