General Youth Reading Lists (from children’s books up to Young Adult books)

We know how important representation is from an early age, and so we have listed below a work-in-progress, non-exhaustive collection of ESEA-authored titles written for children, teens and young adults.

If you’d like to recommend any titles for this list, please let us know here.

ESEA Heritage Month 2022 - Reading Lists (for KS3-5 & Educators)

In collaboration with secondary school teachers, this exciting resource has been put together for teens, young adults, and secondary school staff, during ESEA Heritage Month 2022.

It consists of a set of reading lists - one for KS3, one for KS4 & Sixth Form, and one for educators. We hope you enjoy the titles on this list and keep your eyes peeled on our newsletter and social media channels for further school resources and reading recommendations!

The pack can be downloaded here.
