‘But Where Are You From?’ Podcast
But Where Are You From? is a fun and uplifting podcast by besea.n (Britain’s East and South East Asian Network). We talk about East and South East Asian culture ranging from politics, dating, relationships, food, racism and the experiences of living in Britain as ESEA folks.
The podcast was originally started by Viv Yau (@itsvivyau) back in March 2020, as a result of lockdown and the desire to explore her identity as a British Born Chinese person, and since April 2021 has evolved as part of the besea.n organisation, bringing in our core team members as hosts. Since the launch, we have achieved:
